DIV Trades offers various technical textiles which are used for big bag industry and other industries
Heavy pp woven fabric
Heavy pp fabrics are fabrics with more or equal 140 g/m². They are mainly used for the body of big bags. Heavy fabric is produced on two types of looms: Circular looms and flat looms (Sulzer looms). These two loom types have varying weaving systems, fabric construction, edge reinforcement but deliver both best quality.
Basic characteristics and options of heavy fabrics:
Polypropylen fabric
GSM: 140, 165, 180, 200, 240 g/m²
Width: 70-120 cm flat, Tubular up to 400 cm circumfence
Colors:
- Standard white or black
- other colors for high quantities only
UV stabilization: 150kly
Edge reinforcement:
- flat loom
- reinforced ends
- reinforcement in the fabric for baffels
- circular looms
- folded ends which simulate a reinforcement
- ends cut with Ultrasonic knife
- with reinforcement in the fabric for baffels or cross corner loops
Coating: 30 g/m²
Type C fabric (Conductive): 5x5cm carbon threads
Ventilated fabric
Roll size (on request different sizes possible):
- 750m
- Tubular with z-Fold 250m
- Tubular without z-Fold 500m
- On cardboard rolls of 10cm diameter
Light pp woven fabric
Light pp fabrics have a weight below or equal 120 g/m². Light fabrics are used for the top of standard big bags, spouts and skirts as well as the body of single loop big bags. They are produced on circular looms only. Main characteristics and options are:
Polypropylen fabric
GSM: 70, 85, 100 g/m²
Construction: 10x10 threads per square inch (Tape width 2,5mm)
Width:
- Tubular fabric (with or without Z-fold):
- circumference 120-400cm
- Flat fabric:
- width 60-140cm
- ends cut with Ultrasonic knife
Color : whithe or black, others for higher quantities
UV stabilized: 150kly
Coating: 30 g/m²
Type C (conductive fabric): 2x10cm carbon threads
Roll size (differen sizes possible):
- Flat fabric 2000m
- Tubular with z-fold: 500m
- Tubular without z-fold: 1000m
- On cardboard rolls with 10 cm diameter
Belts
DIV Trades produces various kinds of belts for big bag loops. Main styles and options are:
- PP Raffia or PP Multifilament
- Weight: 29, 35, 47 g/m
- Width: 35, 40, 50 mm
- Colors: white, blue, black, red, green or as requested
- Type C: yellow with conductive threads
- Strength: from 1200 kg to 2000 kg
- Roll size: 300m or 350 m.
Formliner
Welded tubular PE liner with bottlenecks for FIBC. We can offer you all kinds of welded PE liners as per your specification.
Tapes, Ties, Dustproof tapes
We offer various other technical textiles that are used in the big bag industry like tapes, ties and various types of dustproof tapes.
Packaging
Finished technical textile are marked with control lists containing product names, serial numbers, quantity in length and weight before and after coating. Fabric rolls are packed in stretch foil and additionally in a bag of light fabric. The goal is to protect the fabric efficiently against damages or contamination during transportation and storage.
Special requests for technicl fabrics
We can produce technical textiles with special non-standard characteristics if customers require large quantities. Such special requests may have non standard weights, width, colors, construction, and others. Contact our sales team to discuss your request.
About our weaving plant
The first link in the production chain of DIV Trades is the weaving plant. The technical textiles are produced on state of the art machinery in a newly constructed production site. 130 employees produce on around 50 machines 300t fabric and technical textiles. With continuous product development and strong quality controls, we achieved to produce best technical textiles quality in the region. DIV Trades today produces fabric with top values compared to the benchmark.
